When you finish a round, Adhoc asks How many parcels did you deliver? It starts at the number you were given. Use the buttons to go up or down, then choose Submit & check out and scan the depot's check-out code.
Why the count matters
You are paid for the parcels you deliver. If you were given 40 parcels and delivered 36, you are paid 36/40 of the round, and Adhoc's commission is taken from that smaller amount, not the full round.
Check the number before you submit. You can change it any time until you check out. You cannot enter more parcels than you were given.
What happens next
The depot checks your count against its records.
- If the depot approves it, your payout is confirmed and you can see it under Payouts.
- If the depot disputes it, you will see the count it recorded and its reason. Adhoc reviews the round and sets the final figure. Your payout waits until then.
