Post a job, choose the vehicle size and let approved self-employed drivers pick it up. You only pay for the parcels that get delivered.
Adhoc for Depots
Verified couriers when your depot needs them

Built for depots
Why depots use Adhoc
Adhoc gives you a pool of checked, self-employed couriers to call on for busy periods and last minute cover without adding to your payroll.
Post jobs by vehicle size
Choose the vehicle size the job needs and only couriers with the right van will see it.

Pay only for what is delivered
Payouts are calculated from the parcels actually delivered, so an unfinished job costs you less and a no-show costs nothing.

Every courier is verified
ID, right to work, licence and insurance are checked before a courier can accept any of your work.

Live tracking
See every job as it happens.
Your dashboard shows who has accepted each job, when they checked in and how many parcels have gone out.
Payments
Pay bank to bank
Connect your business account through TrueLayer and fund jobs straight from your bank, the way depots already pay for delivery work.

Questions from depots
Who can register as a depot?
Any UK business that hands parcels to self-employed couriers for delivery. We check your Companies House record, insurance and bank details before you are approved.
How are couriers checked?
Every courier uploads photo ID, right to work, a driving licence and insurance before they can accept work. Documents are reviewed before approval and rechecked as they expire.
What do I pay if a job is not finished?
You pay for the parcels that were delivered. If a courier does not turn up, you pay nothing and the missed job is recorded against their account.
How do I know the courier actually turned up?
Couriers scan a QR code at your depot that changes every few seconds. It can only be scanned on site, so check-in times on your dashboard are genuine.
How do I fund jobs?
Connect your business bank account through TrueLayer and top up your balance bank to bank. Funds are released to couriers as jobs are completed.
