Once your account is approved, open the Jobs tab to see rounds that depots have posted.
Finding a round
- Search by a depot postcode or delivery area, such as ME7.
- Work date shows rounds on one day.
- Distance sorts and filters by how far the depot is from you. Adhoc asks for your location only when you choose this, and does not store it.
- Van size shows rounds for Small, Medium or Large vans.
- Switch between the list and the map. On the map, each pin shows what the round pays.
What a round shows
Open a round to see the depot's address, the date, the collection window, the van size, the number of parcels, the postcode areas you will deliver to and any notes from the depot. It also shows the money:
- Total pay: what the depot is paying for the whole round.
- Commission: Adhoc's 8%, deducted on payout.
- You receive: what you are paid if you deliver every parcel.
- Payout date: how long after you finish the round you are paid.
Applying
Choose Apply for this job. By applying, you agree to arrive at the depot on time if you are assigned. Applying does not book the round: the depot chooses one driver from everyone who applied. You can apply for as many rounds as you like.
While you wait, the round shows Application pending, and you can choose Withdraw application if you change your mind. Your applications and their outcomes are in My Jobs.
Hearing back
We email you and send a notice to your inbox either way. If you are assigned, the round appears on your Home screen and in My Jobs. If the depot chose someone else, you will see Not selected.
If Adhoc will not let you apply, read why you might not be able to apply.
