A depot sees what it needs to choose a driver and work with them on the day.
When you apply
- your name;
- the size of your van;
- your Adhoc driver reference;
- when you applied.
Once you are assigned
- your phone number, so they can call you on the day;
- when you checked in and out;
- your location while you are checked in and Adhoc is open on your phone. Read when your location is shared;
- the parcel count you reported, and any problem you report.
What depots never see
Depots never see your identity documents, right to work evidence, insurance certificate, National Insurance number, UTR or company number, or bank details. Adhoc checks those, so the depot does not have to.
It works the other way too: you see a depot's contact phone number only once you are assigned to one of its rounds. Our privacy policy sets out who sees what.
