A depot is a site that drivers collect parcels from. Every job is posted from one of your depots, so you need at least one before you can post.
Adding a depot
Open the Depots tab and choose Add a depot. Give it a name drivers will recognise, its street address and its postcode.
Changing a depot
Choose Edit next to the depot. Drivers see the new details on every job from that depot, including ones already posted, so let any assigned driver know if the address has changed.
Getting on the map
Adhoc places each depot on the map from its postcode, so drivers can find it and search by distance. This usually takes a moment. If a depot shows not yet on the map, check the postcode is right. Drivers can still find its jobs on the list in the meantime.
Closing a depot
You cannot remove a depot yourself, because your past jobs are linked to it. If a site closes, stop posting jobs from it and contact support.
