Account credit is money Adhoc has added to your account. You can see your balance and every change to it under Account then Account credit.
Using it
When you pay, for a job or for the vehicle deposit, Adhoc uses your credit first and takes anything left from your card. If your credit covers the whole amount, no card is needed.
To keep your credit for later, choose Apple Pay or card instead of Use credit when you pay.
Refunds
If something you paid for with credit is refunded, the credit comes back to your balance before any money goes back to your card.
What the history shows
- Adjusted by Adhoc: credit Adhoc gave you or took away.
- Used: credit you spent on a payment.
- Refunded: credit returned from a refund.
