Creating an account takes a few minutes. You can stop at any point: sign back in and Adhoc takes you to where you left off.
1. Your email address
Choose Create an account on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. We send you a 6-digit code. It expires after 10 minutes, so enter it straight away. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or choose Resend code. If you typed the wrong address, choose Change email address.
2. Your password
Your password must be at least 12 characters long. A short phrase you will remember is easier than a jumble of symbols.
3. Driver or depot
Choose how you will use Adhoc:
- Driver: you have a van and want to pick up rounds from depots near you.
- Depot: you have parcels to move and want to find drivers to move them.
You cannot switch between the two yourself later, so pick the one that describes your business. If you choose the wrong one, contact support.
4. Your details
Adhoc then asks for the details we check before you can take or post work. See what couriers need or how depots are approved.
